At Theresetta each student is able to be active and engaged for the equivalent of 200 minutes of PE per week, well exceeding the recommended DPA for children. Students cover many units of physical activity, as well as opportunities to participate in all school sports once they are in grade five. Students regularly have chances to participate in activities outside our regular school environment, such as at the arena, curling rink, golf course, and baseball diamonds.
